Now for the ridiculously delayed October update. Halloween was a lot of fun this year, didn’t manage to make it to many houses, but it seems like there were a few that were decorated quite well. The highlight was the house with the dry ice around the corner.
This month was another solid month in terms of income: $24.61! The yoy growth was a solid 30.28%! With the October income added to the 2018 total, I’ve hit $234.03 for the year so far. The fund is now already sitting at 95% of my 2017 total and $687.56 since inception. November will be slow, but December will no doubt push me well over my total income received in 2017.

Most of the holdings in my Niche Fund pay quarterly dividends so some months will have more income reflected than others. November tends to be a slow month for the porfolio, but December will be much more interesting. My Dividend Income page has a calendar showing when I expect to receive dividends from each of my stock holdings.
